Il Melograno is entirely constructed of stone, using handmade bricks, Tuscan terracotta tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings. The kitchen and bathrooms are finished off in stone and marble.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace adjacent to a kitchen. A large door leads to an outdoor terrace covered by grapevines. There is a single bedroom with an independent entrance and en suite bathroom with shower unit.
On the first floor there are three twin bedrooms, one with a bathroom (with shower unit) en suite, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath.
